We’ve got a new club! Pack 540 Hiking Club is a new activity that will be hosted serval times throughout the year. Different hikes will be posted in the Pack 540 Hiking Club Facebook Group, so please join to keep up with all the news.

Scouts and their trusted adults will arrive at a hike location, carrying their Cub Scout 6 essentials in a small pack, wearing closed-toe shoes (or hiking shoes) and comfortable clothing suited to the weather.
If you plan to pick up trash as you go, please bring a small trash bag and gloves to protect your hands.

Each scout hiker will get to make a leather belt strap to hold their hiking beads, which are earned for miles and other challenges. 

The first hike is planned for Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 8am at the Green Meadows Preserve
