Annual Evergreen Fundraiser

Hello, Pack 540 fundraisers!

Thank you for supporting our annual sale. Proceeds help cover costs for Cub Scout activities like campouts, the Pinewood Derby, and pack meetings. Our goal is for each Scout to sell 10 items.

We partner with Sherwood Farms to offer beautiful, long-lasting wreaths, swags, and holiday gifts. Once again this year, your mini site has already been set up for ease!

Essential Information about the sale

  • The official sale start is 9/13/26, but you may start selling as early as 9/1 –you will receive information from Den Leaders or at the Pack Meeting.
  • 10/31/26 is the deadline for all orders to be turned in along with payment for evergreens for local deliveries. After Oct 31, only DIRECT DELIVERY sales will be available. Direct Delivery orders placed after this date will not be applied to individual or den level incentives, but towards the total fundraising goals.
  • 12/4/26 is the deadline “Last Call” for online direct delivery sales.
  • All Cub Scouts are already registered, please refer to your fundraising letter for more information. 
  • Login here if already registered.
  • The delivery time frame for local deliveries will be from Nov 30 – Dec 7.
  • Remember, the direct delivery Gift Items are delivered directly to recipients. This is more expensive for them…
  • Please be sure to collect payment at the time of sale and have checks made out to Pack0540 Cub Scouts.
