We’re headed to BSA Woodruff Scout Camp! Same great Campout just a change in location!
Nothing spooky about a campout – only lots of fun! We will be camping at the BSA Woodruff Scout Camp complete with a campfire, activities, and a tent or treat on Saturday at 3pm.
- When: October 17-19, 2025 (Arrival from 5-8 pm on Friday, Departure at 10 am on Sunday)
- Where: Woodruff Scout Camp- 31 Woodruff Dr, Blairsville, GA 30512.
- Who: Pack 540 Scouts and their immediate families. Lions and Tigers must have a parent for each child
- Cost: $25/person (covers 4 meals and programming fees)
- Weather: Don’t forget to check the weather in the area and plan accordingly. Weather in Blairsville
What to bring if you’re camping:
- Pack Camping Essentials
- Tent (including ground cloth/tarp)
- Mess Kit
- Refillable Water Bottle
- Tent or Treating – costume, trick or treating bag, treats for passing out, and decorations (if you like)
- Health Forms A & B are required for each camper.
- Families can also bring their fishing equipment, yard games, and more.

FIRE PITS & FIRE RINGS will not be permitted. Please leave all pets, fireworks, and alcohol at home and respect the designated areas for the use of Tobacco and vaping products while on BSA Property.
Meals:
- Families should plan for their own Friday night dinner while setting up camp or before arrival.
- The Pack will offer a Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- The Pack will have a cold grab-and-go breakfast Sunday morning while we pack up.
