Annual Evergreen Fundraiser

Hello, Pack 540 fundraisers!

Thank you for supporting our annual sale. Proceeds help cover costs for Cub Scout activities like campouts, the Pinewood Derby, and pack meetings. Our goal is for each Scout to sell 10 items.

We partner with Sherwood Farms to offer beautiful, long-lasting wreaths, swags, and holiday gifts. This year, it’s easier than ever—no need to set up a mini site, we’ve done that for you!

Essential Information about the sale

  • The official sale start is 9/15/25, but you may start selling as early as 9/1 –you will receive information from Den Leaders or at the Pack Meeting.
  • 10/31/25 is the deadline for all orders to be turned in along with payment for evergreens.
  • 11/01/25 is the last day of mini site access. After 11/01/25, all website orders will be shut down. 
  • All Cub Scouts are already registered, please refer to your fundraising letter for more information.

  • The delivery time frame for items coming to the group will be from Dec. 1 – Dec. 9, 2025. 
  • Remember, the direct delivery Gift Items are delivered directly to recipients. This is more expensive for them…
  • Please be sure to collect payment at the time of sale and have checks made out to Pack0540 Cub Scouts.
