Webelos and AOLs are given a fantastic opportunity to spend a weekend dedicated just to them to learn about how Troops and Patrols work while camping at Bert Adams Camp. As this is a transition period for our older Cub Scouts, the weekend allows them to gain knowledge and understanding of what it’s like to be part of Scouts BSA. They will work with local Troops to learn new skills and start working as a Patrol. It will give them the confidence to move forward from their Cub Scout Pack and excitement for what is to come as part of a Troop. You and your Scout will also get to meet local Troops which will help you in making a decision on the Troop that is best for you and your Scout. Signup via the Signup Genius below: deadline is 10/26.
This outing will also fulfill specific Adventure requirements for both the Webelos and Webelos-AOL Dens. Talk with your Leader for specifics. Since this weekend is not considered a Family Event, only Webelos and Webelos-AOL Scouts may attend with their parent(s) or guardian(s). (This is not an event for Lions, Tigers, Wolves or Bears). We highly recommend this weekend to all Webelos and Webelos-AOL Scouts. This is a once in a Cub Scout Experience. Plus, it’s Fun!!
When: November 10 to 12th, 2023. 5PM check-in on Friday.
Sunday check-out is at 10am.

What to Bring: Items will be discussed in a Den Meeting ahead of time.

Food Cost: $20/Person – If participating in Pack Meals: Saturday Breakfast, Dinner & Dessert; Sunday Breakfast. You are welcome to supply your own meals.
